- YES!!! You've done the crime, now it's time to PAY the piper(Jail/Prison) from the moment you got into the police car to the time your case is held in court (including ALL Court cost) & let out of prison/jail. If found not guility, it is then refunded to you.
Will more funding for "cash for clunkers" program be money well spent?

- its the best way to get cash moving though the financial markets & helping consumers & environment and at the same time helping keep jobs in manufactoring in many differnet areas, so put in at least 2 Billion from the stimulous money that's what its for anyway!

- It should be no different than any other election that uses popular votes as deciding who should be Govenner or Senator
